All crew members, including your event manager, supervisors, leads, stewards, or operators, are made directly available to your creative team throughout the entire process. It is our policy to never keep any project team member in the dark.
Corporate Theater Group collaborates with your on-site team by continually monitoring the entire event process to save time and cut unnecessary billable hours, thereby giving your creative team more time to devote to rehearsals or other qualitative aspects of their project.
We subscribe and rigorously adhere to the bedrock principle of complete transparency. In other words, you may request any and all paperwork related to your event, especially insurance certificates, contracts, and agreements with contractors, technicians and equipment vendors.
We advance deposits as required and pay all contractors, technicians and vendors in full by the Monday after receipt of the final invoice.
What, how & why?
What? Corporate Theater Group secures only the highest caliber of event personnel and support services available in compliance with the house rules and regulations. Payment for services rendered is based upon a "percentage plus" arrangement: the actual cost of our necessary expenses and services in addition to our mutually agreed upon percentage.
How? We understand the critical importance of communication, transparency, and having trusted long-term event industry relationships firmly in place across the United States. As a result, we are able to leverage these exceptionally talented human resources into high quality, cost-effective end client outcomes.
Why? Because by reducing the amount of time and financial expense associated with rendering a highly professional level of event production services, Corporate Theater Group thereby becomes one of your project manager and creative team's most prized corporate meeting and event resource providers.
Our core production philosophy
When you contract technicians and specialists through Corporate Theater Group, you are assured of having both men and women who are accomplished in their field, and therefore, are able to exercise independent judgement. As a result, whether it involves assisting or operating audio, video or lighting equipment, a set-up and strike crew, an installation and dismantle team, or even driving a commercial vehicle to your event, our crews are able to utilize their accumulated experience and collective wisdom to deliver a high quality production that's also cost-effective.
Labor: Physical work done for wages in unskilled jobs. We do not secure unskilled labor.
Technician: A worker in a field who is proficient in the relevant skills and techniques. Technicians are generally more well-versed in technique compared to the average layman, and even general professionals in that field of technology.
Specialist A worker who concentrates primarily on a particular subject or activity; a person highly skilled in a specific and restricted field.
